In particular, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmstonegroup.com\/egpm\/operations\/daily-operations\/pre-bill-audit-reports-utility-billing\/\">Pre-Bill Audits<\/a> and any necessary changes should be completed within 48 hours of receipt of the notice from SW Utility Billing (usually around the middle of the month).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmstonegroup.com\/egpm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/EGPM-PreCloseOutChecklist.pdf\">Pre-Close Out Checklist<\/a> lends itself to being done nearer the end of the month, but it can &#8211; and probably should &#8211; be started earlier as time permits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this section we provide information on operations that can occur any time during the month.
