What you probably mean is that you cannot connect to the Internet from the property office. Therefore it is the &#8220;Internet access&#8221; that is down and not the whole Internet.<\/p>\n<h3>Checking internet access<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Try opening <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\">Google.com<\/a> from one of the office PCs.<\/li>\n<li>Check the kiosk and click on any of the links on the kiosk.<\/li>\n<li>Check the office phones to see if you have a dial tone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If none of the above are successful, then the Internet connection is the likely culprit.
