So now <span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">check the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are all cables properly connected?<\/li>\n<li>Does the machine power on (and the appropriate lights come on to indicate this)?<\/li>\n<li>Are you able to connect to the Internet? Can you connect to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\">google.com<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmstonegroup.com\">elmstonegroup.com<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/egpm.myresman.com\">egpm.myresman.com<\/a>?<\/li>\n<li>OK, now we&#8217;re getting somewhere. Are you able to login to whatever isn&#8217;t working?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To say something or other isn&#8217;t working does not help us very much with troubleshooting. You need to provide details explaining what you are seeing that makes you think something is not working correctly.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Problem reporting<\/h3>\n<p>At the very least please explain:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>What you were trying to do.<\/li>\n<li>How you were trying to do it including what web sites or email addresses you were using along the way. [Do not include passwords.]<\/li>\n<li>Any error messages you received (word for word).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Then send the above details in an email message to <a href=\"mailto:support@elmstonegroup.com\">support@elmstonegroup.com<\/a>.
