Plus housekeeping.<\/li><li>Estimated cost: less than $1,000<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level 2:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Estimated 2-5 days of work.<\/li><li>May require partial\/full new flooring or full paint.
