Such units have a slightly higher monthly rent and security deposit but come with some very desirable upgrades.<\/p>\n<p>The Deluxe Units feature one or more of the following upgrades:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#Appliances\">Black appliances<\/a> (instead of the standard white ones).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vimadecor.com\/retail_product_detail.php?id=2001&amp;cid=70&amp;subid=0\">Mosaic tile backsplash<\/a> in the kitchen (from Vima Decor, SKU V28-HSG04).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vimadecor.com\/category2.php?cid=69\">Two-inch faux wood blinds<\/a>. (from Vima Decor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending on the original condition of the unit we may also upgrade\/replace other features such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vima vanities in bathrooms (in some cases).<\/li>\n<li>New windows (in rare cases).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We&#8217;re always considering high-impact, low cost upgrades to add to this list. For example,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.homedepot.com\/p\/Leviton-15-Amp-Decora-Combination-Duplex-Receptacle-and-USB-Charger-White-R02-T5632-0BW\/205092277\">USB charging outlets<\/a> in the kitchen area ($23 from Home Depot).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenmountainenergy.com\/for-home\/pollution-free-efficient-with-nest\/\">Nest Learning Thermostats<\/a> available direct to residents that sign up with Green Mountain Energy.
