Aim for 80 hours per pay period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usual start time: 8:00am &#8211; 9:00am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lunch: 1hr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usual end time: 5:00pm &#8211; 6:00pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expectations:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Arrive 5-10 minutes before your shift begins<\/li><li>Change into uniform (if appropriate) and prepare to start work (bathroom, coffee, etc.)<\/li><li>Clock in then begin work with a big smile and a positive attitude!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Daily routine<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mornings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pick up the grounds so that the property looks its best for prospects and visitors<\/li><li>Clean common areas, including emptying the trash cans on property and in laundry room(s)<\/li><li>Freshen up the laundry room(s)<\/li><li>Complete&nbsp;top priority work-orders<\/li><li>Meet with manager to determine relative priorities of&nbsp;remaining work-orders and make-readies for upcoming new move-ins<\/li><li>Make readies<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Afternoons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In general, you should dedicate afternoons to getting make-readies completed. Obviously emergency work-orders take a priority.<\/li><li>Most of the make-ready work is expected to be completed in-house.<\/li><li>Aim to get 1-2 units made ready each week.
