{"id":969,"date":"2017-05-09T19:29:40","date_gmt":"2017-05-10T01:29:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.elmstonegroup.com\/egpm\/?page_id=969"},"modified":"2020-02-11T11:52:55","modified_gmt":"2020-02-11T17:52:55","slug":"unit-classifications","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.elmstonegroup.com\/egpm\/operations\/move-ins\/unit-classifications\/","title":{"rendered":"Unit Classifications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In order to provide some consistency across properties we have come up with the following classifications of units:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"#classic\">Classic<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#standard\">Standard<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#upgraded\">Upgraded<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"#deluxe\">Deluxe<\/a>\/Premium<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each of these is described below.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a name=\"classic\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Classic<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This is a unit that has not been upgraded or rehabbed since takeover. Generally these units have not been substantially updated since construction in the &#8217;60s or 70s. Once these units are vacated, we should go in and do a complete rehab\/upgrade of the property. In other words, do not re-lease a &#8220;Classic&#8221; unit.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"standard\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Standard<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This is our base-level &#8220;economy unit&#8221; that has no frills. These units rent at the base price for their floor plan.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"upgraded\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Upgraded<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>These units have been upgraded to various degrees including updated fixtures and\/or appliances.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"deluxe\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Deluxe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>These units have updated fixtures, faucets, flooring and black appliances.
