This section contains key HR information for employees as well as anyone else (such as temps. and vendors) that are representing the company. Any of the pages here that are for employees only will require a username and password (as provided during your on-boarding).

Below are some of the company policies that we expect all staff – including temporary staff – and vendors to adhere to. If you observe any individual not following these policies, then please report this to a supervisor as soon as possible.

All HR, Payroll and Benefits administration is handled by Paychex. As such the information here is for archive purposes only. If anything from Paychex differs from what is published here then we follow the Paychex policies.

Relationships with Employees or Vendors

We strive to maintain a gossip-free workplace. As such any relationship with any other employee, an approved vendor or potential vendor must be disclosed to HR (hr@elmstonegroup.com), even if the relationship begins after joining the company. That way we can keep employees in positions that minimize/eliminate the possibility of any bias.

We do not prohibit such relationships but do need to be informed.

Failure to disclose such relationships is a violation of company policy and could be grounds for immediate termination.
