Zego has different support lines for end-users (our residents) vs. you (as on-site staff). Please do not give out the Client Support Team information to residents – it is for your use only.

For your residents that may be having problems making a payment using Zego, CashPay, etc.

You can always create a support case by accessing the Communities Page: Log in to your Zego account, click on the Support Center, and select Submit a Case. The Communities page also allows you to access documentation and training webinars for their services!
