My Internet isn’t working

First of, it is highly unlikely that the Internet is down and you haven’t already heard about it on the news. What you probably mean is that you cannot connect to the Internet from the property office. Therefore it is the “Internet access” that is down and not the whole Internet.

Checking internet access

  • Try opening Google.com from one of the office PCs.
  • Check the kiosk and click on any of the links on the kiosk.
  • Check the office phones to see if you have a dial tone.

If none of the above are successful, then the Internet connection is the likely culprit. If so, follow the troubleshooting steps described in My phone isn’t working.
