In order to help ease support and troubleshooting we have attempted to streamline as much as possible the technology across all of the properties.

Office Technology

The standard technology in each office consists of:

  • Cable modem/router (from Spectrum Business Cable)
  • Digital phone service (from Vonage Business Systems)
  • Manager computer
    • Panini check scanner (for use with Zego)
  • Leasing computer (only for properties with two or more office staff)
  • HP Deskjet color printer
  • Brother color laser printer
  • efax service (from Vonage Business Systems) on both manager and leasing computer
  • A kiosk for use by both residents and prospects.

Note that you may not have all of these devices at your specific property.

Troubleshooting technology problems

If you experience problems with any of these the first check the Troubleshooting section for assistance.

Outside of the steps described in the Troubleshooting section do not try unplugging or re-configuring things yourself. Doing so may only complicate things and delay problem resolution.
