First Day Paperwork

On their first day, all new hires must complete the following forms and email them to hr@elmstonegroup.com:

Note that we must have all of the above documentation completed and turned in before the end of the new employees first pay period in order for them to be paid in that first pay cycle. Otherwise any hours worked in their first pay cycle will be rolled into the next pay cycle.

Time reporting

You will be given access to our time reporting system, Stratustime as soon as you are set up in the system. From that point forward it is your responsibility to clock in when they are ready to begin work each day and clock out when they complete work.

If you are unable to clock in or out then call Paychex for assistance. If you are not able to log your hours then you may be ineligible for overtime (since you have not proven what hours you worked). Note that if you’ve worked any overtime we will pay it provided you clocked in and out appropriately.

Overtime

All overtime must be approved in writing (email is fine) by your supervisor before working those hours.

Getting Started with ResMan

If you have not used ResMan before, or just need a refresher then there are a number of videos and other resources available online. To access these:

  1. Log into ResMan.
  2. Next to the “Search” bar in the upper right corner, there’s a question mark (?). Click that. Another window opens with a very large blue bar with the name “ResMan” on it.
  3. Click the  name “ResMan”. A page displays giving you access to Guides and Help Videos. Please go through any of the Help Videos that you feel will help you.

You also can access specific Help Videos by clicking the question mark (?) within ResMan when you’re on a particular screen, such as the Work Orders window. It will display the instructions for that particular task you are working on.

We would like for you to take a couple of hours on your first day to work through  the tasks listed below. Please let your supervisor know if you have any questions.
