Appliances: From Sears Commercial.
Flooring: If carpet is in good condition – no holes or major stains – then keep the carpet (ML Carpet Care & Services can clean it after the rest of the make-ready is complete). Otherwise install bamboo laminate flooring from Vima Decor. Do not install any new carpet – we’re trying to move away from that.
Paint (walls): for full paint them use Popular Gray from Sherwin Williams and ML Carpet Care & Services to do the work. The Casa Yellow (also from Sherwin Williams) should only be used for touch-ups.
Paint (back splash in kitchen): limited selection of colors – check with Shari.
Vanity, cabinets, light fixtures, faucets, etc. : order from Vima Decor.
